How to make Vanilla sponge cake :-
Ingredients :-
150 gm curd
100 gm granulated sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp vanilla essence
60ml vegetable oil
130 gm all purpose flour (maida)
Method :-
Take curd in a bowl,add sugar beat untill sugar dissolve.
Then add baking powder and baking soda.
In another bowl take all purpose flour and salt.
Add oil in curd untill it incorporate then add vanilla essence.
Add sifted flour and fold.
Preheat at 160c and bake for 40 to 45 minute.
