How to make egg curry

Ingredients :-
3 to 4 boiled egg
2 tsp oil + oil for shallow frying
1 tsp cumin (jeera)
2 to 3 dalchini lakdi
2 laung
1 chopped onion
salt to taste
tomato,garlic, ginger paste (1 tomato+6 to7 garlic cloves+small ginger piece)
1 tsp red chilly powder
2 tsp coriander powder (dhaniya powder)
1 tsp turmeric (haldi)
Pinch of garam masala
Kasuri methi for extra flavor.
Method :-
Take 3 to 4 egg, boiled it and then shallow fry.
Heat the 3 tsp oil in a pan and shallow fry the eggs.
Add 1tsp cumin(jeera), dalchini, 2 laung stir for 30 sec.
Add chopped onion and saute it untill color changes to golden brown, add salt to taste and onion will cook more faster.
Now add tomato,ginger, garlic paste and cook untill onion and the
tomato, ginger, garlic paste blend well.
Now add some dry masale
1 tsp red chilly powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric
Pinch of garam masala
And add half glass of water to make gravy,
Cook for sometime and add boiled shallow fried egg into the gravy
Cover the lid and cook for 3 to 4 min.
Now add kasuri methi for extra flavor.
Serve egg curry with rice,biryani,chapati or plain paratha.
