INGREDIENTS :-
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp powdered sugar
Curd to make dough
2 to 3  tsp oil + oil for greasing baking dish and pizza base
Pizza sauce
Chopped capsicum
Chopped onion slices
Chopped tomato slices
Some sweetcorn
150 gm paneer cubes
Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp black pepper
Oregano

Method -

1. In a mixing bowl add 1 cup all purpose flour,1/2 tsp baking soda,1/2  tsp baking powder,1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp powdered sugar,2 to 3 tsp vegetable oil.
2. Add curd to make soft dough and keep it aside for an hour in a warm place.
3. After one hr roll it out the dough into flatened bread by rolling pin.
4. Now grease the baking dish with oil and place this pizza base in baking dish
5. Apply 2 to 3 drops of oil on pizza base with the help of brush.
6. Now apply pizza sauce and start topping it up with capsicum,paneer cubes,onion slices,tomato slices,some sweet corn.
now add mozzarella cheese and sprinkle some black pepper and oregano.
7. Now put this pizza in a preheated oven at 180 C and bake it on 200 C for 18 to 20 min.
8. After 20 min pizza is ready to serve
enjoy pizza and sprinkle some chilly flakes and oregano.
