Bajra Til ki Tikki Recipe 

Bajra tikki recipe mostly made in winter season,all the ingredients used in this recipe gives energy and contain many health benefits.




Ingredients : - 

200gm bajre ke aata ( pearl millet flour )
1 cup jaggery (gur)
1 glass water
2 to 3 tsp of sesame seeds (til)
2 tsp oil + oil for deep frying

Method :- 
Heat a pan add 1 glass of water and 1 cup jaggery (gur) boil till jaggery completely melts. 
Use this water to knead the bajra dough.
Take 200 gm bajra aata ( pearl millet), add 2 to 3 tsp of Til (sesame seeds) , 2 tsp of oil and now knead the soft dough with jaggery water.
Now make the balls and flattened it with hands, do not use rolling pin.
Deep fry all the tikki till the color changes to golden brown.
Enjoy this bajra til tikki in winters.
