Healthy breakfast for 1.5 yrs plus babies

Oats Sattu Besan Chilla










Ingredients :- 
2 tsp Gram flour (Besan)
1 tsp Oats
1 tsp Sattu
1 tsp Rice Flour
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
Water as required to make smooth and lump free batter.
