बहुत कम तेल का सूजी का नया आसान नाश्ता - Suji Nashta - Rava nashta - Healthy Breakfast

Ingredients :-
For suji batter
2 cup suji (semolina)
1/2 cup dahi (curd)
salt to taste
1/2tsp fruit salt

For Aaloo Tikki
2 ts oil
Pinch of Turmeric
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
Pinch of Red chilly powder
Salt to taste
Green coriander

Method :-
In a mixing bowl add 2 cup of semolina (suji),1/2 cup curd (dahi),salt to taste and add water to make batter.
Leave this batter for half an hour.
now heat a a pan, add 2 tsp of oil, 1/2tsp mustard seeds,pinch of turmeric and add boiled potato,salt to taste and pinch of red chilly powder mix well and saute for 2 to 3 min
Add chopped green coriander and leave it to cool down the aaloo tikki stuffing.
now heat a non stick pan grease it with oil ,pour little batter and take a aaloo stuffing and make aaloo tikki like shape place on the batter now again pour batter on tikki covet it with lid and cook for 3 to 4 min on low flame.
After this gently flip and cook for another 2 to 3 minute.
Take it out and serve with sauce or chutney
