Ingredients :-
1/2 cup curd
1 cup powdered sugar
1 /2 cup oil
1 & 1/2 cup semolina (suji)
1/2 cup all purpose flour (maida)
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp tuti frutti
1 tsp baking powder
1/4th tsp baking soda
For baking in pressure cooker :-
1 cup salt
1 iron stand
Baking dish
Method:-

1/2 cup all purpose flour (maida)
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp tuti frutti
1 tsp baking powder
1/4th tsp baking soda
For baking in pressure cooker :-

Method:-
- In a mixing bowl, take 1/2 cup curd and 1 cup powdered sugar now mix it well untill the mixture becomes creamy.
- Then add 1/2 cup oil (any vegetable oil)
- Again whisk it well then add 1 & 1/2 cup semolina and 1/2 cup all purpose flour.
- Mix well to maintain the batter consisitency add 1/2 cup milk. Milk should be at room temperature.
- Add tuti frutti to add flavor and every kids likes to eats tuti frutti cake.
- Now add 1 tsp vanilla essence, mix well.
- Add 1 tsp baking powder and 1/4th tsp baking soda.
- Mix well,do not overmix.
- Now grease the silicon cupcakes with oil or butter.
- Fill the batter 3/4th of the moulds.
- Bake this cupcake into preheated oven at 180'c for 10 to 12 min.
- Now demould the cupcakes after it cools down to room temperature.
- Rava cupcakes are ready to serve.
