Homemade Biscuits - Nankhatai - Crunchy Cherry Cookies

            Crunchy Cherry cookies 



Prepration time - 10 min 
Baking time - 15 to 18 min

Ingredients :-
1 cup all purpose flour (maida)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 tsp butter/margarine/clarified butter
Pinch of vanilla essence powder

Method :-
In a mixing bowl take 1 cup of all purpose flour,add 1/2 cup powdered sugar,3 tsp margarine and pinch of vanilla essence powder.
Mix well to make smooth and creamy dough.
Use beater for smooth dough.
Now make a log of this dough with soft hand and cut it into desired shape cookies.
Now bake it into preheated oven at 180'c for 15 to 18 minutes.
Crunchy cookies are ready to serve.
