चटपटे पंजाबी छोले-भटूरे !! How to make punjabi chole bature

Punjabi Chole Bhature Recipe - छोले भटूरे बनाने की विधि





Ingredients:-

Boiled chickpeas (chole)
All purpose flour (maida)
2 tsp oil for making dough soft + oil for deep frying
Curd to make dough
1/2 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
1 tsp cumin
Dalchini
2 bayleaf (tej patta)
1 badi elaichi
2 laung clove
6 to 7 chopped garlic
1 chopped onion
2 chopped tomatoes
Pinch red chilly powder
2 tsp dhaniya power
Pinch of turmeric
serve choley bature

Method :-

Bhature :-
In a bowl take 200 gm all purpose flour add 1 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt and curd for making dough, cover the bowl with damp cloth or plate for 1 hr.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and deep fry the bhatura.

Chholey :-
Pressure cook chickpeas with 1 tsp salt untill 4-5 whistle are blown.
in a pan add 2 tsp oil 1 tsp cumin,some Dalchini lakdi,2 bay leaf (Tejpatta), 1badi elaichi, 2 laung cloves stir for 1 min.

Now add chopped garlic and stir untill color changes to golden brown.
add chopped onion and little salt so that onion will cook fast.

Add chopped tomatoes 🍅 now add dry Masale pinch of turmeric, red chilly powder, 2 tsp dhaniya powder, pinch of Garam Masala with little water,cover the lid and cook for 3-4 min.

Now add boiled chickpeas with half glass of water and cook for 5 to 7 min untill water reduces.
Chholey is ready to serve with bhature
