INGREDIENTS :-

For Rava Idli

1 cup semolina (suji)
1/4 cup curd (dahi)
1 glass of water
1/2 tsp eno
 For Quick Sambhar Recipe
4 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin (jeera)
8 to 10 curry leaves
1 chopped tomato
salt to taste
1 chopped onion
1 chopped potato
chopped bottle gourd
1 chopped green chilly
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 th tsp red chilly powder
1 & 1/2 tsp sambhar masala
1/2 cup toor/arhar dal
