Suji dhokla / Rava dhokla / Tasty dhokla for kids



Ingredients :-
1 cup semolina (suji)
1 cup curd
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
Water as required
Eno or fruit salt

For tempering -
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seed

Method -
Take 1 cup semolina or suji in a mixing bowl,add 1 cup curd mix well and add water to make lump free smooth batter.
Keep it aside for 10min
Now add salt to taste ,1/2tsp powdered sugar,1 tsp eno or fruit salt.
Mix slowly for 10 sec
Now transfer the batter into greased tin and steam it for 20 min.
After 20min check the suji dhokla by inserting knife into it,if it comes out clean then dhokla is perfected cooked.
Now temper it with oil and mustard seed.
You can add green chilly if you want but if you are making it for kids then skip chilly.
Now serve this dhokla with sauce.
