How to make crispy samosa:-

Ingredients:-For samosa dough-
2 cup all purpose flour (maida)
1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
Salt to taste
1/4th cup oil
Mix all given ingredients and knead the dough with luke warm water.
Knead hard dough and keep it aside for 15 to 20 min.
For samosa stuffing-
6 Boiled potato
2 chopped Green chilly
Salt to taste
Chopped green coriander
Mashed the boiled potato and mix all the given ingredients.
You can add garam masala,green peas,paneer cubes,cashew raisin etc.
Now roll thw ball size dough,slightly thick and then cut into half, now seal the egdes and fill the stuffing into cone and sealed it again.
Now heat the oil for deep frying,fry the samose on medium hot oil until it color changes to golden and crisp.
Now this samosa with green chutney or sauce.
