Vegetable cheese sandwich recipe - Amul cheese sandwich

In today's busy days everyone wants quick and easy breakfast recipe which does not required cooking,sauteing or blanching veggies so here is a solution this veggie cheese sandwich prepared in just 5 to 7 minutes. which taste delicious and flavorful. its not only easy to prepared but its very healthy as it contains vegetables. One plus thing is you do not need sandwich maker for this recipe it can be made on tawa.



 Ingredients :-

For filling :- 

  • white bread or brown bread
  • cheese slice
  • 3 to 4 boiled potato
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1 chopped onion 
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • salt to taste 
  • red chilly powder or you can add black pepper 
  • you can add more veggies 

Method :-

  • In a mixing bowl mashed the boiled potato,add chopped capsicum.onion,tomato,salt and red chilly powder.
  • Now spread this filling on bread and place the amul cheese slice and cover with one more bread.
  • grease the pan with butter now toast the sandwich on low flame and cover it for 1 to 2 min so that cheese melts completely then flip and toast the other side for 2 min.
  • Vegetable cheese sandwich is ready to serve.
