Vegetable Suji Cheela Recipe - Suji Cheela Recipe :-
Ingredients :-
2 cup semolina (suji)
1 cup curd (dahi)
1 chopped capsicum
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped onion
1/4th tsp of red chilly powder
Pinch of turmeric
Pinch of asafoetida (hing)
Salt to taste
4 Tsp gram flour
Water as requires to make batter

Method -
In a mixing bowl add 2 cup of semolina and 1 cup curd mix well and add required water
Now add capsicum,tomato,onion,salt,red chilly powder,turmeric,hing,gram flour and salt to taste.
Now make the batter ,stir well to avoid lumps.
Rest the batter for 15 minute.
Heat the pan,grease with oil or ghee.
Pour 2 to 3 spoon of batter over the pan and spread the batter in circular motion.
Cover the pan with lid and cook the cheela for 2 to 3 minute.
Now flip the cheela and roast on other side till cheela becomes crispy and golden brown.
Now serve this cheela with green chutney and sauce.
