Chocolate truffle cake | Eggless chocolate cake without oven





Ingredients

1 कप मिल्क
¾ कप पाउडर शुगर
½ कप ऑइल
1 tbsp विनिगर
1/2 tbsp वनीला  एसन्स
1 & ½ कप मैदा
2 Tbsp कोको पाउडर
1 tbsp बेकिंग पाउडर
½ tbsp  बेकिंग सोडा
2 Tbsp वाटर कंसिस्टेंसी  को  एडजस्ट  करने  के  लिए  

Chocolate  truffle cake बनाने की विधि
एक  बाउल  में  1 कप  दूध , 3/4 कप  पाउडर   शुगर ,1/2 कप  आयल ,1 tbsp  विनेगर ,1/2 tbsp वनीला  एसेंस  को  अच्छे  से  व्हिस्कर  से  मिला  ले  और  5 मिनट  के  लिए  छोड़  दे .
5 मिनट  बाद  इसमें  1 & 1/2 कप  मैदा ,2 tbsp  कोको  पाउडर ,1 tbsp बेकिंग  पाउडर ,1/2 tbsp बेकिंग  सोडा  छलनी  से  छानकर  मिक्स  करले .
बैटर  को  कट  एंड   फोल्ड  मेथड  से  मिलाये  और  कंसिस्टेंसी  को  एडजस्ट  करने  के  लिए   2 tbsp पानी  मिलाये .
बैटर  तैयार  होने  के  बाद  ग्रीस  किये  हुए टीन  में  डाले  और 10 मिनट  तक  प्रीहीट  किये  हुए  कुकर  में  बेक  करे  40 से  45 मिनट  के  लिए  लो  फ्लेम  पर .
अगर  ओवन  में  बेक  करना  हो  तो  180c पर  40 -45 मिनट  के  लिए  बेक  करे .
45 मिनट  बाद  नाइफ  या  स्टिक  से  चेक  करे  केक  पका  है  या  नहीं .
अगर  नाइफ  क्लीन  आये  तो  केक  अच्छे  से  बेक  हुआ  है ।
केक  को  ठंडा  होने  के  बाद  डिमौल्ड  करे ।

Ganache बनाने  के  लिए -
250gm  डार्क  चॉकलेट  में  125 gm फ्रेश क्रीम  गरम  की  हुई  मिलाये  और  1/2 tbsp बटर  डाले .
मिक्स  करे  और  10 से  15 मिनट  के  लिए  फ्रिज  में  सेट  होने  के  लिए  रख  दे .
केक  को  तीन  लेयर  में  कट  करे .
हर  लेयर  पर  शुगर  सिरप  लगाए  और  गणाचे  से  कवर  करे .
केक  पूरी  तरह  गानाश  से  कोट  होने  के  बाद  फ्रिज  में  आधा  घंटा  सेट  होने  के  लिए  रख  दे .
अब  मन  चाहे  तरीके  से  केक  को  डेकोरेट  करे।

Simple Eggless sponge cake recipe

Simple sponge cake is is made only with few ingredients that you probably have in your kitchen. This cake is commonly used to make layered cakes of many flavors. 











Ingredients :-

Butter - 40gm
Oil - 3 tsp
Powdered sugar - 50gm
Condensed milk - 200ml
Milk - 1 cup
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
All purpose flour - 1 & 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 1 & 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp

Instructions :-


  • In a mixing bowl take butter,powdered sugar and oil 
  • Beat it till creamy mixture forms 
  • In a separate cup (liquid mix) add milk + vinegar + vanilla essence , keep it aside for 5 min.
  • In a separate bowl measure ( dry ingredients) all purpose flour,baking powder,baking soda seive it properly.
  • Now add dry ingredients into creamy mix and add  liquid mix gradually.
  • Using cut and fold method prepare batter.
  • Now transfer this batter into greased baking dish and bake it in preheated oven at 180c for 40 to 45 minute.
  •  You can use this spongy cake to make layered cake.

No Oven, No Yeast Pizza

Recipe :- No Oven, No Yeast Pizza
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 to 6 minutes per pizza
Makes: 2 pizzas

Ingredients:
For the base:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup yoghurt
1 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Toppings:
2 Tsp pizza sauce
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Capsicum
Onions
Tomatoes
Paneer cubes
Oregano
Salt to taste



Method:
For the base:
Add the salt and the baking powder to the flour and mix well. Add the yoghurt and knead into a loose dough.
Cover the dough and set aside for 10 minutes.
Knead the dough lightly for half a minute.
Break the dough into 2 equal balls.
Roll Pizza base to a thickness of 1/2 cm.
Heat an empty 9” frying pan on the gas stove with the lid on.
Brush the hot pan with butter and carefully place the rolled pizza base over it.
Reduce the heat to medium.
Cover and cook for a minute and flip over the base.
Spread the pizza sauce, spread about 1/3 cup cheese on the sauce.
Add toppings of your choice.
Sprinkle seasonings to your taste.
Cover immediately and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or till the cheese is well melted.
Remove from heat and serve!

Ingredients:- 
2 cup cashewnut
200 gm sugar
2 tsp clarified butter (Ghee)
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder

Method :-

  • Take 2 cup of cashewnut in mixer jar and grind it, now strain this cashewnut powder through seive so that big chunks are separated. Now this big chunks grind it later.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar into the pan and let it dissolve.
  • Now add cashew powder and cardamom powder into it and keep the flame low and stir continously untill it gets dense consistency.
  • Now add 2 tsp of ghee ,mix throughly and continue cooking untill it gets thick consistency.
  • Now turn off the flame and transfer the cashew dough in a greased plate let it cool for 2 min. Do not cool it completely.
  • Now grease hand with ghee and roll the paste.
  • Place rolled ball into the grease aluminium paper or butter paper and flattened it with rolling pin. 
  • Now place this sheet inside the refrigerator to set and then cut into diamond shape.
  • Let it dry a bit then separate it with knife.
  • Tempting kaju katli is ready to serve.
  • It can be prepred for any festival,party,puja bhog or anytime we crave for something sweet.
  • You can store it in refrigerator for a month.

Baccho se leke bado tak kise pasand nahi hai sweet and salty crispy jeera biscuit. Jeera biscuit/cookies banane ka aasan tarika woh bhi healthy aata jeera biscuit.

Ingredients:-
1 cup wheat flour (gehu ka aata)
1/4 th cup clarified butter (ghee)
1/4 th cup powdered sugar (pisi hui cheeni)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp roasted cumin seed (bhuna hua jeera)
2 tsp milk



Method :-
Ek bowl me 1/4th cup ghee daale fir usme powdered sugar daalkar beater ki madad se ache se beat kare.
Beater na hone par hand whisker is istmaal kare.
Ghee aur powder sugar ache se mix ho jaye aur creamy mixture ban jaye tab usme aata,baking powder,namak,bhuna hua jeera dalkar crumbly dough banaye.
Jarurat padne par 2 tsp milk milaye aur dough taiyaar kare.
Ab dough ko cling wrap ki madad se tightly roll kare aur fridge me aadhe ghante ke liy set hone ke liy chod de.
Aadhe ghante baad roll ko slice me cut kare aur preheated oven me 180'c par 16 se 18 minute tak bake kare.
Oven na ho to cooker ya kadhai me salt dalkar plate me cookies rakhkar bake kar sakte se 15 se 20 minute ke liy low to medium flame par.
Cookies bankar tayar hai.

Ingredients :-
1 cup all purpose flour (maida)
1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
2 tsp semolina (suji)
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp elaichi powder
chopped almonds for garnishing

Method :-
In a mixing bowl add half cup ghee and 1 cup powdered sugar mix well with the help of whisker or beater untill it turns puffy and creamy.
Now add 1 cup all purpose flour(maida),  1/2 cup gram flour (besan),2 tsp semolina (suji), 1/2 tsp baking powder.
Add 1 tsp elaichi powder for extra flavor.
Mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough.
Now preheat the cooker with 1/2 kg salt,
grease the idli stand plate with oil or ghee.
Now make a round ball of nankhatai and place it into idli plate.
Add chopped almonds over nankhatai for garnishing.
Now transfer this idli stand into preheated cooker,remove whistle and rubber and cover the lid.
Bake this for 15 to 20 min.
after 15 min nankhatai is perfectly cooked,color changes to little golden brown.
Nankhatai are ready to serve
you can store this nankhatai into airtight container for a month.
Enjoy this nankhatai or cookies.

Ingredients:-
2 cup vermicelli
2 Tsp oil
1 tsp cumin 
1 tsp mustard seeds
Salt to taste 
1/2 tsp turmeric
Chopped onion
1 chopped green chilly
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped potato
2 glass of water

Method -
In a pan dry roast the vermicelli till color changes lightly golden.
Transfer into plate.
Take 2 Tsp oil in a kadhai or pan
Add cumin,mustard seeds,chopped onion,green chilly 
Saute for a 2 minute
Now add chopped tomato,potato and1/4th tsp salt.
Cover and cook for 3 to 4 minute on low flame till potato cook completely.
Add 1/2 tsp turmeric and roasted vermicelli,salt to taste,mix well.
Add 2 glass of water bring it to boil then cover and cook for 3 to 4 minute till vermicelli cooked well.
Now switch off the flame and leave it 5 minute.
Now serve this vermicelli.

Ingredients :-
100 gm butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup all purpose flour

Method -
In a mixing bowl take 100 gm butter, beat for a minute with beater.
Now add powdered sugar and beat again till it becomes creamy and fluffy.
Add 1 tsp vanilla essence mix well.
Now add all purpose flour in three batches.
Mix well now transfer the cookies dough in piping bag having star nossle.
Pipe cookies into greased baking tray and bake it at 160c for 12 to 14 minute in preheated oven at convection mode.
Butter cookies are ready.
Enjoy this cookies with tea or coffee.
