Gooseberry Jam - Amla Jam Recipe No added preservative

Amla are largely available in winter season. 
Amla is high on Vit c and iron rich which is very important for our body but because of its bitter taste
kid's do not like to eat amla. So here i am sharing this very easy and tasty homemade Amla jam recipe.
which our children will eats and enjoy with bread or paratha.
It does not contain any preservative so it is very healthy for kid's.

Ingredients :-

250 gm Gooseberry (Amla)
250 gm Sugar
Pinch of Dalchini powder
Pinch of Turmeric powder (haldi)

Method :-

Take 250 gm of gooseberry (Amla) wash it properly then put it into pressure cooker for 3 to 4 whistle.Now take out the gooseberry from pressure cooker and let it cool for 5 minute.Now remove the seeds from gooseberry (Amla) and make a paste of gooseberry.Turn on the flame and put the kadhai on it.Pour the Amla paste in the kadhai and add equal amount of sugar (250gm).Mix it well and cook the mixture untill it becomes thick.Now check the consistency of jam if it is not flowing from spatula then it is done.Now enjoy this homemade gooseberry jam with bread or Parathan.Store it in air tight container for 2 to 3 months.
