How to make immunity booster milk powder
Ingredients :-
4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp White pepper Powdel
1 tsp Ginger Powder
4 tsp Dry Tulsi Leaves Powder
6 to 8 green Elaichi Powder
4 to 6 Lavang (laung)
Method :-
Mix all the ingredients and store this milk powder in a air tight containerHow to have this milk powder : -
After night meals before sleeping take 1/4 th tsp of milk powder in one glass of milk (lukewarm). Have this milk every night before going to bed.
